We permit 1 dog or 2 cats per room, with certain combinations subject to approval. • Pets must be at least one year old, spayed or neutered, and fully vaccinated. • In public areas, pets must be on a leash or in a carrier and must wear diapers at all times. Pets are permitted only in designated rooms and specified areas. • Fees (NETT) & Deposits: A pet fee of PHP 4,000 applies for the first 3 nights, with a charge of PHP 2,000 per night for each succeeding night. An additional incidental deposit of PHP 3,000 per night is required. • Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets’ cleanliness and behavior, as well as any damages incurred.
